Summer Solstice Rituals

Outdoor Activities & Nature Connection:

Watch the sunrise or sunset: Mark the longest day by witnessing the sun's golden hour.

The best time during the Summer Solstice to connect nature, and honor the sun is during the sunrise. Sunrise is the time of beginnings, expansion, positive energy. Raise your arms high to welcome the sun and summer into your heart.

This is the time of day when intention comes to be reality. The power of the in between time of these moments during the day is infinite. - Lia, Diva Chronicles - Alchemist

Meditate or practice mindfulness: Find balance and connect with your inner self.  Remember to center and ground yourself, establishing your connection to Mother Earth and Creator. When we do this we are present and able to live our lives for the highest good.

Spend time outdoors: Take a walk, hike, or simply relax in nature. Nature teaches us to appreciate the beauty all around us, reminding us life is full of ease and grace. Remember the flower does not struggle to grow, neither should you.

Collect flowers and herbs: Gather natural elements for decorations or crafts.  This is something I do all the time. I love gathering seeds, pinecones, seashells, leaves, crystals and more for my home. I make all kinds of gifts for my home, the spirits dwelling in my home and for friends and family.

Make a summer solstice altar: Decorate a space with meaningful objects, flowers, and candles.  Remember to clean and clear your altars, bring in flowers, for your altars to celebrate summer. It is good practice always to keep your altars, reflecting you and the season in which we are in. Your altar reflects you and how you feel about your world.

Faeries

If you have read my Lucy Prophet books, you know about spirit guardians. Lucy has a lot of spirit guardians living on Stellar Ranch. Lucy and the humans who live  within Stellar Ranch leave offerings all over the ranch to the Fae Folk, pebbles, seashells, flowers, statues, they tie ribbons and beads and ribbons in the trees. In doing this they are acknowledging the others who help them with the success of Stellar Ranch.  You can check out those books on my website under the Author tab.

The Fae Folk appear in cultures all over the world. Native Americans -
Jogahoh - Iroquois
Nunnupi - Commanche
Yunwi Tsunami - - Cherokee
Asian Cultures - Al Ana (witch or Djinn), Hulu Jing and Kitsune (Fox Faeries)
Kodak (tree spirits) Mogwai

All Fae are connected to nature. They take on aspects of nature they are connected to.

This is why we as humans leave offerings in nature to appease and thank these nature spirits for helping us.

In the past Christian Priests demonized Mother Nature. They preached that anything other than the church is bad. So let’s break that habit.

There is nothing to fear in nature. There are natural places and plants we do need to be cautious about. If there is a place in nature you want to avoid, avoid it. Respect the inner guidance you are feeling.  There are plants and trees that can grow in the wild and gardens that are harmful to humans and animals. Be prepared to be around them or avoid them.

I always use gardening gloves as I have allergies. Gloves help me so I can be in the garden or in nature. I always have some kind of gloves with me in case I want to harvest seeds or touch plants I am not sure about.

Let’s talk about Faeries now.

Sylphs - Air Faeries
Undines - Water Faeries
Salamanders - Fire Faeries
Gnomes - Earth Faeries

Sylphs are the faeries that have wings, they are the faeries who fly, pixies and dragons are Sylphs or air elementals.  They control the air - wind.

Undines are the faeries who are water Fae, mermaids, kelpies, nymphs. They influence water, rain, snow, ice etc.

Gnomes are the fairies who help with earth. They will inspire you to garden, or bring plants into your home.  They are protectors of forests, plants, gardens and they like to hid their treasures.

Salamanders are fire Fae.  Salamanders encourage transformation or high vibrational change.  They look like salamanders, lizards, dragons.

Think about your home, the environment where you live, what kind of Fae do you interact with?

The best time to connect with the Fae folk is during sunrise.  Sit quietly outside, relax. You will see them out of the corner of your eye, be still and patient as your awareness expands. This is a great way to connect with the natural world.

If you have my book I am Psychic, Not Telepathic I wrote a chapter on Faeries. Read the chapter and do the homework to help you connect to the faeries around your home and your Faery godmother.

Our Faery Godmother’s help clear the way so we can accomplish our goals. They remind us to give and receive unconditionally,  to keep our hearts open and aligned with the energy of love.

I posted on social media my faery bowls this week. These bowls live on the second shelf of my altar. I add to the bowls as I am inspired.  You can do something fun and creative too in a special place for your Fae folk. Remember the Fae have curious sense of humor.  If things go missing in your home, ask for them back, make sure to give a time you want your possessions back. That is important.

Picture

The month of May is a great month to make those great habits to connect to nature, garden and decorate or create spaces for the Fae that live near your home. The more you enjoy nature, the more you will connect with the Fae folk.
Have fun connecting too and creating with the Fae Folk!
Have a wonderful week! Keep your heart open and aligned with the energy of LOVE!

How do you feel? All the planets now are moving direct, Mars is finally moving into Leo. We won’t feel like we are moving through mud anymore! More activity! You will find that your plans/ goals start to move in a direction you want them to! Yay!

Remember Pluto is in Aquarius. This is a time for change. History is in the making right now. Some of you are afraid, don’t be. Take a breath, remember your strength. The last time Pluto was in Aquarius, the USA was born, France got rid of its monarchy and much more.

If you want to change something, now is the time to do it. Be smart about the changes you want to implement. Make sure to get advice.  Remember as you make changes the effect it will have on others, be thoughtful, considerate. Choose wisely.

Pluto in Aquarius will last for the next 20 years or so. We are here to witness what will happen.

What will you accomplish in the next 20 years?

Sacred Water

All water sources are sacred.

The human body is predominantly water. comprising about 50% to 70% of its body weight.

I love water, driving over bridges is one of my favorite things to do. Just the feel of the water beneath me gives me comfort. I used to purposely drive over or beside water when I lived in Florida. It is refreshing and invigorating.

I have always lived close to a natural water source in all the places I have lived.  Water is an important life force in our lives.

People always gravitate to water in history, living close to the source. Building their cities close to or around water sources. There are water witches who are able to let us know the best place to place a well.

When I lived in Pagosa Springs, Archuleta County, Colorado, the people living in the area decided they did not want flouride in the water.

We learned the fluoride in the water was a by product and not a good source for anything. So we voted and pushed to have fluoride taken out of our water.

Many counties had done or were starting to do this in Colorado at the time. Now other states have done this as well.  Has yours?

For many indigenous cultures, water is sacred. It isn’t just a resource. It is  living or divine aspect of their Creator(s).  All over the world there are stories about water gods/goddesses connected to sources of water.

Here is the US there are many sacred springs.
Here in North Carolina there is a water source Named - Hot Springs. It is located in Hot Springs, Madison County, North Carolina.  It is near Asheville.

Native Americans, specifically the Cherokee , were the first to discover and use the hot springs, seeing them as healing and sacred. The conducted their spiritual ceremonies at the springs.
 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hot_Springs,_North_Carolina#:~:text=Hot%20Springs%20is%20located%20at,of%20the%20southeastern%20United%20States.

Pagosa Springs is hone to the deepest geothermal hot springs.
The Anasazi, Navajo, Ute and Apache  used the hot springs - their ‘sacred ground’.
I learned it was a place where all the tribes used it as a gathering place. No fighting while visiting the area.

It is very stinky, sulfur springs. In fact one of the Ute Grandmothers told me Pagosa actually meant stinky, not healing. The waters may be stinky, but they are very relaxing and can ease sore muscles.

I encourage you to find your closest healing or sacred water sight and visit it. There are natural cold springs as well. These places in nature are very special, healing in a very peaceful way.

If you can bring with you an offering of flowers.

This is where we get the idea of throwing pennies in fountain. People would bring gifts to the water as offerings for their prayers, thank you gifts, etc

Reiki/Energy Work -

Mikao Usui -
Dr Usui - Helped us understand what Universal Life Force is - connection to the Creators Light.
All of us can connect to this energy. Every time we pray, we are connecting to the Creator.
You can check out Dr Usui’s life through books and internet.
I am a Reiki Master Teacher. I use Reiki everyday on myself and others. For those of you who are Reiki attuned, you might know what we will do next.
When I taught Reiki, The first lesson was infusing water with light. We use the first symbol you are taught. Cho Ku Rei - the light switch.
Get you glass of water so we can do this together.
Fill a glass of water
Hold it in both hands
For the Reiki Peeps use the Cho-Ku- Rei symbol. For others, visualize light moving through the water you are about to drink. You will feel the energy settle when the water is charged.
Drink the water. You are drinking water purified by Universal Life Force.

How does it taste?
I have a brita pitcher, when I fill it, I light it up with energy.  When I get a new filter for my pitcher, I light it up with energy.
When you do this you are drinking charged water from Universal Life Force.

Have a beautiful week! Remember keep your heart open and aligned with the energy of LOVE!

Karma

We have a sweet gentle wave moving through April. It will help us feel refreshed from the crazy energy of March. March always comes in roaring like a lion doesn’t it?
Now we can take a breath, Mercury goes direct tomorrow 4/7 and Venus will go direct on the 12th. Treat yourself and others gently, be kind.
Now is a great time to get organized and prioritize your obligations.

(in Buddhism, Hinduism, and some other religions) the force produced by a person's actions in one life that influences what happens to them in future lives: Hindus believe in karma, meaning they will answer for their actions - if not in this life, then in the next. - Cambridge Dictionary

What energy or action are you putting out into the world? What do you tell yourself?
How do you interact or react to your family, friends and neighbors?
How do we balance Karma?
Karma is energy, it is how we present ourselves.
Many look at karma as sin or as a punishment. It is not. Only our guilt makes what we have done in our lives into punishment.
What have you done in this life that requires punishment?
What have you done that requires reward?
Why do humans think this way?

As children we are taught to ‘be good’ or ‘mind your manners’. We are taught to be the best at what we choose to do.

Did you know having good manners means you are respecting yourself and the people around you?  Goo manners, good energy, good karma.

What i am saying is Karma is constant energy flowing around us, it is what we make of our lives. How do you live your life?

We bring in our Karma from previous lives when we are born. It gives us an opportunity to learn and grow.

Does that mean we have to give up stuff we like, because we were a crazed maniac in several lifetimes? No.

Maybe in this lifetime we decided to help people.

Karma teaches us many sides of an octahedron!

It teaches us what it is like to have many experiences, to live out these experiences close to our hearts.

Karma teaches us to be easy one ourselves and others, harsh living or punishment isn’t necessary. It only causes imbalance with in you.

Once we realize this life becomes easier to live, it becomes fulfilling.

When I do readings, I am also teaching you about how you can be easy on yourself, to enjoy your life or assist you with getting to the place of joy.

We live in a very challenging and competitive world. There are people having nervous breakdowns because they do not achieve the heights they feel they must to be happy.

Challenging and competition is good. It keeps us motivated to bring in our goals. Too much of it can create chaos. Do not loose yourself in that chaos. Remember to take breaks to reassess what you truly desire. Accomplish that and see if you want to continue your growth.

Life should not be exhausting. If you are exhausted reassess your goals.

Okay so how can you balance some personal Karma to clear your heart and mind of nagging yourself?

You can do it yourself!

First, draw out a timeline of your life, starting with your first memory.

As you go through your memories, you will see/feel some of the situations that you know created chaos, made your or yourself uncomfortable or hurt others. Stop at these memories and forgive yourself, push that energy our into the universe.

This helps with karma and clearing your energy field so you can think and respond in a good way to the situations that happen in your life.

Doing that exercise will help you take responsibility for your decisions you made and are making now. No blaming others for your life and how it is. You created your life, if you don’t like it, changes it. Your life is yours alone. Live your life to its fullest as you see fit.

Remember not everyone thinks, feels or will react the way you do. Not everyone will see life as you do and it is ok. All of us have our own way and we learn and live in our own way and time. That’s what makes earth so awesome to be alive on.

As you clear out your life through your timeline you will feel lighter, for releasing those troublesome burdens, your temperament will soften and you will start to understand more of the people you are connected to and the world around you.

Have a beautiful week! Keep your heart open and aligned with the energy of LOVE!

Communication

Has anyone tried the Flourish Mantra? How are you going with that?  Are you flourishing?
Do you feel like your vibe is better?  Let me know in the comments!

I’ve been guided/pestered to talk about how we communicate with each other.  So, I asked for guidance on what the angels messages are, specifically Archeia Faith and Archeia Grace with a sprinkle of Archeia Hope. They gave me talking points, here we go!

Some of you ask me if I have seen any of the political stuff going on. I don’t have a television purposefully. I do watch streaming services. I read an online newspaper that has local North Carolina news.  I avoid political news right now. That way I can give clear advice with out influence.

There are a lot of social media influencers who will draw you in. Several of you have sent me videos of people stringing together concepts from different religious and spiritual people or groups, they are using fear to get you hooked into their programs. Please avoid watching or joining these groups. You want to stay in a place of love. Fear is lack of love.

There is a lot of controversy. Make sure to check your sources. Go to  the original blogs, videos, news to make sure you are getting to the truth of the matter so you don’t go into fear. Instead you feel secure in the knowledge you gain.  Don’t make assumptions - find the truth of the matter for yourself.  Be discerning, check to see how you feel about any information you see from the internet.

Our Creator, the Universe, God is good and gracious - there will always be new people coming in and out of your lives. There always will be opportunities coming your way and so with all others on the planets.

Pluto is in Aquarius - This is a time where structures - example - schools systems -  will break down and be rebuilt. Yes there will be chaos, revolution and with all that will come clarity on how to balance and rebuild what resonates with the populace.

Our choice is to build up a higher resonance. A Better way to live.

It’s a choice, what do you choose?

More people are choosing a higher resonance. They are choosing to take better care of themselves and their families. They are wanting better education, better work environments, better, better, better.

How can we continue making this happen? By openly having discussions, listening to each other.  Many people are looking for integrity, truth, good guidance, understanding.

Not everyone feels, thinks or expresses as you do. We are all different, so let’s understand each other rather than argue with each other.

Let’s all do our best to understand each other and work together rather than opposing each other.  Be a great example for those who are connected to you through family, friends, work, acquaintances etc.

Remember to share your experiences and listen to what others experiences are. Be honest with yourself and others. Allow them to be honest with you. Have a discussion rather than an argument.

Discussions are fun! Discussions are a way sharing of ideas.  Discussions are all about the equal exchange of energy.

Share.

Communication isn’t just about talking, it’s about listening. Being open to new idea, sharing thoughts and feelings.

There are a lot of stories about heaven on earth - Every living person experiences creating their heaven  on earth differently. You create it, it is personal. However if it is everyones intention to create heaven on earth, based on their own truth, how lovely would that be?

Heaven on earth is a resonance, a life you choose. think about what that look likes to you, it may change over time, it is fluid as you are always changing and growing. Take your time with this, you are not running a race.  Create what your heart desires!

Have a wonderful week! Keep your heart open and aligned with energy of Love!

Spring Cleaning

This is the time of year for cleansing yourself and your home. As we are coming up to the Spring Equinox and spring itself it is time to spark ourselves up.
The time we spend in our home should be peaceful and harmonious.

I spend A LOT of time in my office as I work from home. Since I moved to N. Carolina I have not put a lot of energy into where I am living as I am looking for the perfect home to buy for me and my Mom.

When I moved into my apartment, I did not unpack everything. Instead I threw everything I am not using into the office.

Picture
The mess drove me crazy!
In February I decided to organize!
It took me a couple of weeks to organize everything, this is what it looks like now.
Picture
Now that the room has been organized it is much easier for me to work.

One of the ways of keeping a high vibe in your home is to keep your home clear of clutter.

Remember clutter and a hoarded house holds residual energy from objects and is a magnet for hauntings. It is always good to keep your home tidy to keep the energy clear and harmonious for your clarity of mind and spirit.

If your home has residual energy or a haunting, remember to place kosher salt in the corners of your house. Use glass or wood bowls.

Use Eucalyptus, mint, rosemary, rose, nag champa, fresh flowers, etc for your home to help freshen and raise your resonance.

You can also place energetic waterfalls in your windows and doors leading in and out of your home. The intention for the energetic waterfalls is to clear everyones energy field as they enter your home and to keep out anyone who does not serve your home.

Invite and invoke archangel Michael and Archeia Faith to protect your home.

It is also a great time to program, clean and clear your crystals.

Remember to Reprogram your crystals - hold your crystal and focus your intentions for its purpose towards it until you feel the an energy shift within the crystal.

Cleansing your crystals -
1.) Bury crystals in kosher salt. Make sure the container is wood or glass.
2.) Placing your crystals in moonlight & sunlight
3.) Running cool water over your crystals.

This is a great time to work on your gem elixirs too -

Did you know that the spring equinox was the marking of the new year ? The ancients in many civilizations saw spring as the new year. It is a time of growth, the earth blooms with fruits vegetables and flowers. The animals multiply as well as humans.  It is a time of creating abundance and expansion.

Remember to cut and cauterize all energy cords leaving in and out of you that are not serving you every day.  While you are in the shower or bath visualize your energy field being cleaned up too. Leaving you very sparkly and ready to take on the day!

As we go through this month I want to reminds everyone as we clear ourselves of winter and bring in the spring, that not all of us think a like. Remember to share your experiences and listen to what others say. Share. Communication isn’t just about talking, it’s about listening. Sharing ideas. With a lunar and solar eclipse, plus Mercury and Venus being retrograde, be patient with others so there is better understanding and respect. Not every feels, thinks or expresses as you do. We are all different, so let’s understand each other rather than argue with each other.

Have a beautiful week! Keep your Heart open and aligned with the energy of LOVE!

Friday 3/14 Mercury Retrograde is coinciding with Spring Equinox a time to clean or clear ourselves and our environment.
March is about new beginnings and creativity. What do you want to refresh and or invigorate? What new interests do you have?

Last month I mentioned I was working on something fun for this month.  We practiced the Love Mantra in February. Are you still practicing?

Love, Love, I am Love - how do you feel when you say the Love Mantra?

I have a new mantra for you to practice. This mantra will require you to say the word 108 times. I am using my Mala for this mantra.

Mala translates to ‘garland’ in English from Sanskrit. Rosary which is latin and it means ‘garland of roses’.

Bead comes from Anglo Saxon term ‘bede’ which means ‘prayer’ or ’to pray’.

The number 108 is considered sacred in Hinduism, Buddhism, and yoga, and is associated with spiritual completion. Malas, or prayer beads, traditionally have 108 beads to represent this significance.

Why a mantra and prayer beads? Do you have a Mala?

The mantra itself helps to focus our mind, it helps with practicing presence, which leaves me to feel the words I am saying. Feeling the emotions of the words helps with what you are manifesting in your life. That is the magic of it!

When I want to make a big shift in my energy I will practice saying mantras.

You can make a mala. You can string up 54 or 108 beads. With a 54 bead mala you will have to do two rounds.

My Mala has 108 Beads made from Rudraksha beads.

‘Rudraksha seeds are derived from tears shed by Lord Shiva and are symbolically associated with protection and vitality. They are grown on the Elaeocarpus ganitrus tree in the Himalayan region.’

There are many kinds of beaded malas make sure to pick one or make one that resonates with you.

You can use your mala to say the Love Mantra if that helps you with your schedule.

Do you have questions about what a Mala is?

Our mantra for 15 days is ‘Flourish’.

It’s the time of year to flourish. To step into the great beyond as the Fool does in the tarot to start our new adventures.

Before I share with you my experiment. I am always in process of some type of experiment. If it works I share or I tweak it until I feel I can share it.

In the work I do I hear a lot of things. One worry after the election was lack.

I asked myself what was the opposite of lack, love, abundance, prosperity, growth, expansion, higher resonance,  which is the definition of ‘flourish’.

Say the word - Flourish - how do you feel?

Now imagine saying 108 times - just think about how you will feel after doing that!

What does Flourish mean to you?

I find when using mantras daily it helps to raise and maintain my resonance. The mantras assists with transformation from within and shifting our perceptions about ourselves and our world. It helps us understand that everyone on the planet has a different path than our own.  That realization helps us with our love, empathy and compassion.

We are all connected, remember as you shift and transform those who you are connected to will also shift and transform as they can as well.

We are contributing the high vibe energy of flourishing  to those who we are connected too and if they ask us how we maintain a high vibe we can show them how to do it for themselves.

After 15 days of saying Flourish as a mantra while drinking my coffee, I felt and feel great. I have better clarity about how I want to continue to flourish.

During this busy month of shifting energy I felt this Mantra will help you as we enter spring the time of growth and expansion.

Let’s Flourish!

Have a wonderful week! Remember to keep your heart open and aligned with the energy of LOVE!
