Access Consciousness 

Right and wrong. Good and Bad, POD and POC, All 9 , Shorts. Boys, POVAD’s and Beyond.

What do these words mean?

Right wrong, Good Bad - asks what you decided is good or bad about a situation, which  locks your judgement in place
POD (Point of Direction) Refers to the moment right before you make a decision that started limiting you.
POC (Point of Creation)  Refers to the exact moment you first created a limiting thought, feeling or belief. 
All 9 - Represents nine layers of energetic programming  the statement aims to clear simultaneously.
Shorts - Refers to what is meaningful to you about the issue, what is meaningless, and the punishment or reward attached to it.
Boys - Represents nuclear spheres, which are about the issue, what is meaningless, the punishment or reward attached to it
POVAD’s (Points of View as Data) Refers to the underlying perspectives you take as absolute truth, rather than just information. 
Beyonds- Refers to the feelings, sensations, or thoughts that completely freeze you in place, making you feel trapped. 

What the heck was that? 

Practitioners use it by first bringing up an uncomfortable situation, emotion, or belief, and then saying the statement out loud or mentally. The goal is to clear out the heavy energy around that topic or you can make new choices without being held back by past conditioning. 

What am I talking about? 

Access bars is an alternative energy therapy consisting of 32 points on the head, when gently touched, release electromagnetic energy holding thoughts, feelings, and limiting beliefs.  This process clears mental clutter, promoting deep relaxation and greater mental clarity. 

Access Consciousness was developed by Gary Douglas, founder of the Access Consciousness movement, the technique operates on the premise that these 32 points, representing, money, joy, control, healing, function like a computer’s deleted files. By touching them in specific combinations,  you can release past programming, stress, and trauma stored in the body

What to expect during a session:

Access Consciousness Bars session lasts from 60-90 minutes. You lie comfortably while the practitioner gently touches the points on your head. 
Most people feel deeply relaxed, with some experiencing tingling, warmth,  or a lightness in their brain. 
My experience with Access Bars sessions is that I feel like my brain had a reboot, much lighter, clear thinking,  I was taught a couple Access Bars moves and I use them when I do in person sessions. 

Classes and Certification:

Access Consciousness offers one-day certification classes. Taking a class allows you to learn the exact placement of the 32 bars and entities you participate in gift & receiving’ swaps with other practitioners.
I like Access Bars because it includes young people in certification. I have seen twelve year olds giving sessions to other young people and adults. I like that and am all for it. Why? Because it helps our youth understand there are alternative way to wellness and mindfulness. 

Criticism 
Many people find these sessions helpful for stress relief, skeptics and mental health professionals classify the practice as pseudoscience. There is no clinical or peer reviewed scientific evidence to support the claims of manipulating electromagnetic energy fields or clearing past life beliefs. 
Access Consciousness can help mental clarity. It does not heal chemical imbalance in the brain. 
I want to remind you that Access Consciousness is a movement. If you find yourself being pushed to get involved, give yourself permission to leave.
