Pluto in Aquarius & Energy Traps

The last time Pluto was in Aquarius (from approximately 1778 to 1798) coincided with a period of major political, social, and technological revolutions that dismantled old power structures and introduced new ideals of liberty and democracy. 

Revolutions and Political Upheaval 

American Revolution (climax and conclusion): The United States secured its independence from Great Britain, with the war ending in 1783. The U.S. Constitution was written in 1787 and the Bill of Rights in 1789, establishing a new democratic republic based on ideals of "We the People".

French Revolution (beginning): This major upheaval began in 1789 with the storming of the Bastille, leading to the overthrow of the French monarchy, the abolition of the feudal system, and the Declaration of the Rights of Man.

Haitian Revolution: Enslaved Africans in the French colony of Saint-Domingue began a revolt in 1791 that led to the establishment of the world's first Black republic and the first successful slave-led revolution in history.

Irish Rebellion of 1798: Inspired by the French Revolution, Irish nationalists launched an unsuccessful uprising against British rule.

The period saw the formal loss of the American colonies by Great Britain and the fall of the French monarchy. The Third Partition of Poland also occurred in 1795, effectively erasing Poland as an independent state.

Abolition Movements: Debates about human rights and the inherent rights of people led to the rise of abolition movements against slavery in Europe and the American colonies. 

Overall, the Pluto in Aquarius transit of the late 18th century was characterized by a powerful, transformative energy that challenged established hierarchies and laid the groundwork for modern democratic and humanitarian ideals. 

Pluto was in Aquarius during several other historical periods, typically for about 20 years at a time due to its elliptical orbit. These transits consistently correlate with periods of profound systemic change, the rise of new social ideologies, and significant technological or scientific advancements. 
Here are other notable periods of Pluto in Aquarius and the events that occurred: 

1532 – 1553 AD 
This era coincided with the Protestant Reformation and the beginning of the Scientific Revolution, challenging the dominant religious and intellectual authorities of the time. 

Reformation and Religious Shifts: King Henry VIII of England broke from the Roman Catholic Church, establishing the Church of England and leading to widespread religious and political upheaval. This period saw the rise of new religious orders (like the Jesuits) and the establishment of Sikhism, showing a reorganization of people around new belief systems.

Scientific Revolution Beginnings: Nicolaus Copernicus published On the Revolutions of the Heavenly Spheres in 1543, formally introducing the heliocentric model of the solar system, which radically challenged the accepted geocentric view of the world.

Colonialism and Human Rights Debates: The Spanish conquest of the Americas was in full swing, leading to the collapse of the Inca Empire and sparking the first European debates about the inherent rights of Indigenous peoples. 

Present Time
In 2025, Pluto moves back and forth between Aquarius and Capricorn, but the dominant theme is Pluto direct in Aquarius on October 13, 2025, which signifies turning inward reflections into outward action. This period encourages taking tangible steps to break old patterns related to power, control, and social structures, especially in areas like community, technology, and personal freedom. It marks a transition from the introspective "shadow work" of the retrograde period (May–October 2025) to a time of implementing real-world changes. 

This year has been a wild year, more and more people are standing up for themselves, deciding what kind of lifestyle they truly want, how they believe and looking at their own authenticity, there is more accountability and imagination. 
We are seeing more people out there standing up for what they believe in and talking about it. 

Let’s talk about energy traps - 

I was worried about the ‘keeping up with the jones’ mentality getting out of control with the massive amounts of influencers pushing perfect lifestyles.  Being a perfect none you is exhausting right? It’s a lie, It’s a trap on so many levels, because you are lying to yourself. Do not trap yourself into a perfection that is not you. 

Find the perfection within you instead. 

How do you do that? You get to know yourself and be truthful with yourself. Figure out what you like/love about yourself and your environment. If you have to create change within yourself do it. Don’t worry about what others think and how they move. Ultimately it’s your life, your vision and your space. The more you love it the more loving you will be. 

There have been lot’s of public demonstrations about politics, care for the elderly, children, battered people, hungry people, homeless people, better schooling, teachers standing up for more pay, the list goes on. I am glad, there needs to be changes in governments around the world. No more of this scratching backs and making deals. There is a lack of care, all of us are feeling it and going out and supporting the groups you align with is so awesome! Do it! It is up to the individuals in the groups to help create change, do not depend on others to do it for you. 

The upheaval will continue to happen as we are ready for change in our lives and our country and other countries around the world.  So let your voice be heard about, use your talents to create better environments for yourself and your people. 

If you are a complainer and non doer. SHUT UP. No one wants to hear the complaints with out action. 

Don’t fall into the trap of the victim. It is a waste of time and space. 

Yes, there are true victims of awful circumstances. I know this because I work with victims. You are not who I am talking about. 

The victims I am talking about are the energy vampires. They will create drama after drama for attention.  

Do not fall into their trap. Remember all adults can make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. If they can do that they can create a better life for themselves. 

Sometimes we have to step away from the ‘energy vampires or drama queen and kings’ so they can figure out the way they are  acting and reacting is not positive. Don’t worry if they continue, someone else will also walk away too. 

Stop taking things personally. It’s a trap. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. So are you. 

Please do not believe everything you hear or read through the news & social media. Do your research so you know the facts and you can make your decisions without anxiety.
