Presence

During this past year my message has been about 'presence'.

What does that mean?

It means honoring yourself and others with your attention. 

Understanding your worth and how you value the people in your circle.

Quiet your mind and open your heart to your life, be present, pay attention to yourself.

When you practice presence, you become considerate, understanding, calm. You will not miss anything happening in your life. You will have the ability to make shifts and changes in your life that resonate with you, to fulfill you. Because you know your value, your worth, how awesome you are!

When you are present, utilizing your intuitive gifts is easier. Your mind is clear of the judgement flowing through your thoughts. Time to let go of that judgment, be discerning. Discernment is wisdom, clarity, intuitive, presence.

Keep practicing 'presence' in your life, you will feel more fulfilled with this practice in your life.
