This year I decided to start talking about ‘new age’ concepts, marketing and vocabulary that doesn’t mean anything. I am not a ‘new age’ girl. I am a grown up spiritual advisor. My friend Anissa inspired this idea and I align with it.  This month I have very plainly spoke about Love. I know I am not using ‘key’ marketing words. I actually want you to understand what I am saying. If you have questions let me know whether you are watching the Live Show, replay or reading the blog. You should question everything you don’t understand. When you ask questions you gain wisdom. 

While we talk about Soul Mates, Soul Groups, Twin Flames - remember you are ‘the one’ you are searching for. We spoke about that last week Dating & Courtship. 

Through soul retrieval sessions, akashic records, and working with the angels this is what I have learned, before we travel to Earth, we have a sit down with our guides and angels to create a plan for each lifetime. We go over lessons learned, lessons to learn, karma, different experiences we want to have during our lifetime. 

Our souls travel through time and space, there is always a group of souls you will travel with to learn, grow, and love. These people can be your relatives, friends, lovers, teachers, and enemies. 

A soulmate is a person with whom you share a deep, natural, and often destined connection. You feel understood, complete, transcending romantic love to include deep friendships, mentors, family, or enemies. It’s powerful bond characterized by mutual support, respect, unconditional love and acceptance, and spiritual resonance. Making you feel like you’ve known them forever, even if the relationship is platonic.

If you see and treat everyone as your soul mate, you are treating the people around you with love and respect, everyone is special to you. This concept will ease you and take the burden of searching away from you. You will feel more at ease and have the ability to accept love as it comes to you. 

There are soulmates who connect with us so they may also learn and grow. Assist them with their growth without having any expectations. Expectation always brings disappointment. 

Some soulmates will come in and act as catalysts to catapult you out or into a love relationship. When they are done with helping you on your way, they might move along their own paths. Allow it, it is for the better good. 

For those of you out there who are experiencing a romantic soulmate for life, congratulations!

Communication is key to all relationships. Communication is the gateway to intimacy. Intimacy in knowing your partner, their likes, and dislikes, how flexible they are and are not and more. Many couples fall out because they fear the reaction of their partner. If you are afraid, its time to overcome your fears. The only way you will know the truth about your relationship is by asking questions. 

 Now Let’s talk about Twin Flames 

There is a lot of romantic ideas about the Twin Flame concept. I have never met a person with half a soul or missing their soul. Your soul is the eternal part of you, continuing through lifetimes. Why do I say that? The Twin Flame concept is bullshit. 

A ‘Twin Flame’ is a New Age concept describing a certain intense connection between two individuals who are supposedly ‘two halves of a whole’. It is a myth circa 385 BCE. Plato said humans had four legs and arms and two faces. The gods felt threatened by this, so Zeus split the people in two, humans would wander in search of their other half. – Google

Marketing and snake oil people love to push this idea. Don’t fall for it!

When we are present, we feel the energy of love within ourselves. We also accept the balance of male and female energy within us. Romantic connection flows best when it is chosen, not needed, or forced.

I understand we all want to feel an incredible connection, those intense emotional experiences, they feel great! Keep those experiences pure and beautiful without bringing the burden of the concept of ‘Twin Flames’. 

Whenever I meet the couples under the illusion they are ‘Twin Flames’ they are the most disappointed and frustrated people I have ever met. They are unwilling to communicate with each other. They expect each other to ‘just know’ what to do. That’s okay if you are telepathic. I don’t know anyone who is telepathic, do you? 

There are ‘Twin Flame’ groups and cults. These groups and cults are dangerous, they understand when a person is desperate and not present. They will take advantage of you emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Don’t fall for their bullshit.  

My advice for ‘Twin Flame’ couples is to break their relationship. I also advise them to get a cord cutting ceremony and counseling. You will want to get rid of those Goo and Cooties, immediately. 
That type of relationship is very unhealthy, toxic and not spiritual. It isn’t a relationship of love. It is a relationship of immaturity, control, obsession, disappointment, and frustration.  When these people leave these types of relationships they need understanding, support, and love. They have been drained on all levels and need time to heal. 

The ‘Twin Flame’ concept can also ruin relationships. 

If you are bored in your relationship, that is not a reason to destroy it. Instead get help and remember to communicate with your partner about how you are feeling. If you decided to separate, let it be because the both of you know what is going on. Honesty is always best, even if it doesn’t feel good. 

So many people who practice spirituality will break up their relationship and go on the ‘twin flame’ journey. They are always so disappointed when they do find their ‘twin flame’, or they have totally destroyed their life in the process of their search. Please STOP! 

Love is glorious and wondrous; it is creative energy. Yes, sometimes there are disruptions, again we are humans and have our own humanness going on. Take a breath . . . be present, loving, communicate, understand and be compassionate.
