Unity, Harmony, Peace

In spirituality, unity and harmony are deeply intertwined. Unity often representing the underlying state of oneness with the Divine. Harmony being the peaceful, functional expression of that unity. 

Unity is the foundation, and harmony is the result. 

True spiritual unity embraces diversity.

Harmony, brings peace, freedom, and fulfillment.

The spiritual journey involves uniting and aligning our spirit, mind, and body. 

Unity is about building communities, working for a common cause. When we act in solidarity and compassion, we create a harmonious, peaceful, and just society.

To practice alignment with Unity and harmony within yourself, practice Meditation, Taking walks, anything that brings you peace.  

In the past couple of weeks I have explained about energy work and how to create those energy balls to press into your core.  Here is your reminder, to practice creating your energy balls and press them into your core or your favorite person. Try it as an experiment to see how your day goes, or how your favorite person reacts.  It’s a fun experiment and you will be able to tell the difference.  Working with energy strengthens your core, your spirit, helps with grounding, centering and aligning with source. 

Let’s talk about another way to receive energy. ​

The Oneness Blessing, also known as Deeksha or Oneness Deeksha, is a non-denominational energy transfer designed to foster a direct experience of higher consciousness, unity, and decreased mental chatter. It is often described as a secular spiritual experience that can reduce stress, enhance connection, and aid in personal awakening, often given via light touch on the head
 
Deeksha is part of a broader, modern spiritual movement aiming to promote unity and personal transformation. 

Receivers often experience calming energy, a tingling sensation in the head, deep peace. 

A "Deeksha giver" places their hands on the recipient's head for 1-2 minutes while the recipient relaxes, often in a meditative setting.

The Deeksha Blessing promotes inner peace and increases feelings of interconnectedness. The blessing can be given in person or transmitted from a distance, sometimes to large groups simultaneously. 

There are Deeksha blessing givers in different areas around the world. The blessing are usually done in groups, with several blessing givers. 

When I lived in Colorado, I experienced Deeksha or Oneness Blessing. It helped me with extending the feeling of unity, harmony, peace. When I moved to the Chicagoland area, I became a Deeksha blessing giver. That was amazing. I also experienced what is called eye Deeksha and when that happened, I had a huge shift within my being, which assisted me with forgiveness, acceptance and peace.

I encourage you to find a Deeksha or Oneness blessing event and go. It is an amazing experience and perhaps you will decide to become a Deeksha blessing giver.  Deeksha blessings can be given in person and distantly.

I do want to caution you, I have been to different groups and some of them are cultish. If you join a group and don’t feel comfortable, leave. There are other groups.  Give yourself permission to take care of yourself first. 

Remember to practice your self treatment energy sessions. Be present to see if you feel a difference on how you feel during the day.
